We will send your order by Insured parcel Post. If possible please provide a PO box number? Where applicable Postage and Packaging will be added to your invoice.

Shippng is by Insured Parcel Post Counter to Counter which normally takes 4-5 working days. Local customers may collect from our premises by special arrangement.

GOODS RETURNED

DEFECTIVE GOODS may be accepted for credit by prior arrangement and only if returned unopened in the original packaging within 7 days from delivery.

Items returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and may be replaced if there is a manufacturing defect or the goods supplied were incorrect.

Alternatively a 15% handling fee will be charged on all other AGREED RETURNS.

Please note that damaged or short orders must be reported within 24 hours of your receiving the goods to ensure an exchange. WE DO NOT SELL OUR PRODUCTS ON A SALE OR RETURN BASIS.
